In order to accomplish this transition in a timely way, we must start the mass manufacturing of PHEV vehicles and renewable energy generation and distribution systems now. There are trucks and buses being converted commercially today.

There are a few phone manufacturers that havent switched yet. They will have to access how much it will cost them to switch.
