The Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers (Auto Alliance) is strongly supporting the passage of Maryland’s SB 1234 , a bill that would require the State of Maryland to purchase zero emission vehicles (ZEVs) for state fleets. These vehicles are at the dealerships and on the roads, but this is just the beginning.

People still associate EVs with earlier electric vehicles and hybrids of yesteryear. This targets a market the EV industry has been trying to hit for some time. But, there’s still a considerable sub-section of the auto industry market that doesn’t care. Take cool cars like a Ferrari F430 or Porsche 911 and reinvent them.
