The SAE Taskforce on wireless charging and positioning of electric vehicles (SAE J2954) ( earlier post ) is progressing, and is slated to have a final draft of the guideline this year, according to the Society of Automotive Engineers, International (SAE).

On 14 April, the transport ministers of all 28 EU member states signed the Amsterdam Declaration , laying down agreements on the steps necessary for the development of connected, autonomous driving technology in the EU. The signatories pledge to draw up rules and regulations that will allow autonomous vehicles to be used on the roads.

TFSI based on Miller cycle, introduced by Audi earlier this year at the Vienna Motor Symposium. TFSI with a displacement of 1,984 cc is available in two versions for the Audi A4 and A4 Avant.
