Aptera Motors, the developer of an all-electric, three-wheeled lightweight aerodynamic vehicle ( earlier post ) is shutting down. Aptera executives had been engaged in exhaustive due diligence with the Department of Energy (DOE) pertaining to an ATVM (Advance Technology Vehicle Manufacturing) loan.
