More than 200 Drive Electric Earth Day events draw big numbers. Drive Electric Dayton’s Trotwood, Ohio DEED event at Trotwood-Madison High School. Drive Electric Earth Day (DEED), with more events across the U.S. and internationally in 2022 than ever before, was a success by all measures. “Of Now, they all want one!”.

The US Department of Energy (DOE) has selected 27 projects for more than $37 million in funding to accelerate the technological and commercial readiness of emerging marine and hydrokinetic (MHK) technologies, which seek to generate renewable electricity from oceans and free-flowing rivers and streams.
