California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger announced the first comprehensive list of 244 proposed renewable energy projects that could produce up to 69,925 MW of clean energy annually. Currently California facilities produce just more than 8,000 MW of renewable energy annually.

Several thousand Leafs made in Japan will be delivered to metropolitan areas in California, Arizona, Washington state, Oregon and Tennessee. He predicted that 10 percent of the cars sold would be electric vehicles by 2020. Price and tax incentives need to be worked out. Locations must be found for charging stations.

The treasure chest was cleverly disguised in the form of Federal stimulus money from the ARRA, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. While it’s sad but true that the entire gang in Sacramento can no longer figure out how to make California work, President Obama and his “Yes I Can&# team do know what they’re doing.

What I’m seeing plain-as-day right now is the simple and obvious solar solution to all of California’s budget and growth problems. My Greenius vision sees billions of dollars pumped into California in good paying jobs, in new clean energy power production, in new industries, and in all the tax revenue that comes with that growth.
