The report, Clean Air Future: Health and Climate Benefits of Zero Emission Vehicles , was produced by the American Lung Association in California. Under this scenario, the estimated total health and climate change costs associated with passenger vehicle fleet pollution drops from to $37 billion annually to $15.7 billion by 2050.

This puts the US on track to meet its annual goals for GHG reduction under the Paris Climate Accord. If traffic remained reduced for one year, the reduction in VMT would allow California to meet half of its 2050 climate change target. California has a target of 80% reduction in GHG from 1990 levels by 2050.

Making the transition to cleaner, lower polluting near-zero and zero-emission vehicles is a critical component to addressing California’s clean air and climate challenges. With the announcement of Energy Commission funding for additional stations, California is slated to have 51 public hydrogen refueling facilities on line by 2017.

We need to go back to November 2017, to the start of the ‘Prius Revolution’ in the family. I’ve never seen climate controls in any other car that were placed on the steering wheel for easy control. Yes, the climate control is also electric, making it also working when the 1.5 How did it all start? Very practical.
