So diesel fuel gets taxed twice or penalized twice at the federal and state level. Advanced diesel will increase to 23% in 2025 from 17% in 2016.

Following the US launch of the Clarity Fuel Cell in late 2016, the Clarity Electric will go on-sale in 2017.
