Electrified car registrations pass 100K units in Europe for 1st time in March; total reg down 3.6%; Model 3 top EV

Last month, they recorded the lowest monthly market share since September 2000. Demand was up by 31%—mostly driven by German, Norwegian, Spanish and Dutch registrations.
