According to the YouTube channel ‘ Military Power ‘, the U. Army is looking for a JLTV-EV (Electric version of it’s Joint Light Tactical Vehicle). Recharging EV’s behind enemy lines could happen via solar panels, portable nuclear reactors as well as other means depending on the location.

Having a heavy projectile land on a vehicle’s windshield, after all, could easily disorient or injure a driver or a car’s passengers. The man then proceeded to throw the projectile at the Tesla, timing it so that the rock hit the driver’s side windshield. . It’s been going on for some time too.
