He ended up buying the Revolt motorcycle. They should look at using the battery discharge energy for running equipment on the battery line or pump energy back into the factory grid. If you build a car as a "kit car" with no real factory, then yes, it will never be an economic success. Notice in [link] that GM carefully avoids claiming to reduce CO2 by shifting to the grid, but leads people off the track by focusing on smog related issues. The EV1s failure was a failure of Management. Fisker is a good example.
