The vehicles and infrastructure being funded include the use of natural and renewable gas, propane, ethanol, biodiesel, electricity, and hybrid technologies. The program includes the installation of 10 alternative fuel refueling sites (two B20, one Electric Recharging, and seven CNG). Total DOE award: $15,000,000.

Once recharged: 90MPG; 85; 100; 100MPG with showings of 99.9MPG for 71 Miles; 97.3 Missing out there in San Diego on just one more opportunity charge to give us 12 electric miles, we would have hit the GOAL of 101MPG. Thursday was PHEV 136 Day, 11 February 2009, with the Run to Phoenix. For Phoenix, it was 58.1MPG for 457 Miles.

T his week's meeting of the Electric Drive Transportation Association in Washington was accompanied by some significant announcements. Plug-in vehicles would combine today’s new electric-flex fuel (gas and/or biofuels such as ethanol) hybrid technology with a larger battery that could be recharged by plugging it into a standard wall sockets.
