I imagine there will be tax incentives to build green generators when were at that stage. Neutral who? @ Apr 19th 2009 4:54PM Or fuel cells (ex: hydrogen). Now where to get that pesky hydrogen.

People are scared that they’ll get stuck and have no way of charging the batteries, hey I have an idea why not build a wind turbine on the roof that way as you drive the turbine spins and charges the battery. Engineering proptypes enjoy a tax break. Companies can not sell engineering prototypes in which the company got R&D tax breaks in developing the product. If our country is going to spend money like a drunk sailor we should have spent it on building renewable energy power plants like Wind and Geothermal.
