The Torrance Hillside Overlay district , covers most of the historic Hollywood Riviera neighborhood where the Creative Greenius lives and I can tell you that it’s a zoning law that is pure politics. Just two people live in its 3000+ energy-wasting square feet. It’s just this mind-blowing waste of time.

They aimed more smokestacks at us and dumped toxic waste in our neighborhoods while they paid off the cops and the justice system to get away with it. One way we’re going to do them in is by taxing and regulating them to death. Miss a carbon tax payment on mining? Miss a carbon tax payment on emissions?

Alternatively, may we suggest the sound of the neighborhood ice cream truck? The result is a quiet, controlled environment free of intrusive noises. It is wasteful and destructive to be burning this versatile molecule; we must stop.

Although charging infrastructure is beginning to find its way into cities, it may be awhile until they are available in residential neighborhoods en masse. So much more convenient than having to take time out of my day and go out of my way (wasting more energy) to get a charge elsewhere or do battery swaps.
