Phase two, which will install new compressors and associated equipment to improve the performance and efficiency of the station, is scheduled for summer 2020. The City of Sacramento has signed a contract for an expected 650,000 gallons of Redeem to fuel approximately 100 solid waste vehicles.

I think this van began its career as a work vehicle for a market or caterer in the Denver metropolitan region, then became an individual's personal transportation in later decades. A three-speed Cruise-O-Matic automatic was available as an option (but would have been seen as just wasted money by most cargo-van buyers in the early 1970s).
