The cost of that usually starting just below $1,000 or changing the faulty modules (28 modules in a pack) individually that is much cheaper. There are also videos on Youtube where people change the pack the DIY way or the individual modules, but be aware to only buy individual modules from a trusted source.

My plan is to convert this ride into an EV. I have the resources to create an adapter to convert the 13 spine either up or down to match a golf cart motor. But the cost of a motor and controller is going to be the biggest expense. Here''s the project and the plan. Motor was lost long ago. 36/48 volt. Golf cart motor ?
