We’ve got big solar coming and big wind too, but those projects are not built yet and neither are the transmission lines to connect them to the grid. Seems like a perfect use for some stimulus money, don’t it? 2007 USA electric energy fuel mix. We cannot afford to wait for them and we don’t have to.

The treasure chest was cleverly disguised in the form of Federal stimulus money from the ARRA, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. That’s why they have authorized over $7 billion bucks in energy efficiency and clean energy programs for the USA. Imagine that. A reality most people didn’t even realize existed.
