Light rail and high speed rail boomed in the 8 Gore years and the American economy soared in the new clean energy renaissance. But nothing we did could gain the parks any more love or funding.

If our country is going to spend money like a drunk sailor we should have spent it on building renewable energy power plants like Wind and Geothermal. Denmark did that with Wind Power and now most of their energy comes from wind rather than oil, natural gas, or coal. We are facing a big problem with global warming.
