Seems like a perfect use for some stimulus money, don’t it? Perhaps one of my many readers who work for the City of Torrance or the County of Los Angeles wants to pick that torch up and run with it. Oh yeah - none of has any money. And our homes are worth less now and nobody wants to lend us any more.
