This reminds me of Chrysler tying to sell little three wheelers (I think thats what they were) in China when the people really wanted a normal car. Three wheelers were all over china already. Unfortunately, this conference focused primarily on setting a cap on carbon emissions and providing financial aid to developing countries to build capacities to adapt to the negative impacts of climate change.
