Dongfeng claims to have the world’s first passenger car to be homologated for sale with in-wheel motors, but the Lordstown Endurance pickup truck previously used them as well, sourced from Elaphe.

The European car market dropped in June 2019 as 1.49 We continue to see a repeat of the same pattern: lower consumer confidence is mostly affecting diesel car registrations, which used to dominate the European landscape. The drop seen in diesel car registrations continues to be higher than the growth posted by electrified cars.

As part of the 2012 Advanced Clean Car (ACC) rulemaking ( earlier post ), which included the ZEV regulations, ARB changed the definition of an IVM. The ZEV Regulation previously defined an IVM as any manufacturer with California sales between 4,501 and 60,000 new light- and medium-duty vehicles.
