In 1959, a new Renault Dauphine cost $1,645 (about $17,416 in 2023 dollars).

Today, it's the turn of the third member of the 2000-2002 Daweoo triumvirate: The compact Nubira, an example of which I found in a Denver self-service yard last week. This car just squeezed past the 100,000-mile mark during its 21 years on the road. The engine is a 2.0-liter liter DOHC four-banger rated at 129 horsepower.

Today's Junkyard Find is an example of the sporty coupe version of the first-generation Saturn S , found in a Denver-area boneyard recently. We're here to praise this SC2 for staying on the road for close to three decades and well over 250,000 miles. liter DOHC engine and its 124 horsepower/122 pound-foot engine was still there.
