UK-based Connected Energy and Groupe Renault have installed two quick-charge stations based on Connected Energy’s E-STOR energy storage technology on highways in Belgium and Germany. The E-STOR technology developed by Connected Energy uses second-life batteries from Renault electric vehicles.

Volvo has received an order for 11 electric hybrid buses and 2 ABB automated electric bus fast-chargers to the city of Namur in Belgium with public transport authority and operator TEC. If the driver uses Interparking’s Pcard+ pass, there isn’t a connection fee. So I’m going to presume the 700 new ones will be similar.
