Its been improving over time, but the power density and cost issues are still steep for what exists thus far. based technology will actually achieve any economy in production. It was a Manufacturing Failure, as GM NEVER planned to build the car in Volume, so No Economies of Scale were ever achieved. Interesting in any case.
