Jaguar Land Rover and the UK’s Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) are jointly funding an £11-million (US$17-million) research program to develop fully autonomous cars. Five projects were selected and Jaguar Land Rover will be leading the collaboration with these successful research groups.

RC5754 was developed with Jaguar Land Rover and serves as a key component of Jaguar’s REALCAR (REcycled ALuminium CAR) project. First introduced in the new Jaguar XE, the RC5754 alloy will also be featured in all new and legacy Jaguar Land Rover models.
