Lutz, who retired earlier this year, called the car Detroits "moon shot" and an attempt to wrest the mantle of innovation back from the Japanese. AND the Detroit car companies were laughing. needs to have an indigenous automobile industry, and not merely "transplants". GM doesnt have a chance. Never again.
