Neutral Kaitou KID @ Apr 19th 2009 4:45PM not if the electricity is from ultra efficient solar panels, hydroelectric dams or wind. I imagine there will be tax incentives to build green generators when were at that stage. Also, Im not so sure that blocking huge amounts of solar energy will not have long term effects on Earth.

" President Obamas auto task force doesnt see it that way. Engineering proptypes enjoy a tax break. Companies can not sell engineering prototypes in which the company got R&D tax breaks in developing the product.
