Mer, Hubject and Driivz to demonstrate seamless EV Plug&Charge at Intercharge Network Conference 2023

Three EV industry collaborators—Mer Germany, Hubject, and Driivz—will demonstrate ISO 15118-based Plug&Charge technology at the Intercharge Network Conference ( ICNC23 ) in Berlin later this month. Demonstrating Plug&Charge to ICNC23 attendees shows that the vision of seamless charging for all EV drivers is now a reality.

Plug In America joins global alliance

Last week, 37 electric vehicle (EV) driver associations from 26 countries, including Plug In America, joined forces to create the Global EV Drivers’ Alliance, building a worldwide EV community. Like Plug In America, the Alliance is calling for every new light-duty passenger vehicle sold in their countries to have a plug by 2030.

CPT developing 48-volt electric supercharger for micro-mild hybrids

This compares favorably with the 8-20 percent typical of CO 2 emissions benefit offered by mild hybrids, full hybrids and plug-in hybrids, at a much higher manufacturing on-cost of between €1,600 and €10,000.
