The 2011 Fisker Karma is still on track to reach U.S. But there's one new piece of info: The price of the extended-range electric sports sedan has gone up. Originally announced in 2008 at a price of $80,000, the Karma fairly quickly went up to $87,900 and stayed there. dealers in March or April, according to the company.

The head of Chryslers ENVI division, Lou Rhodes, told AutoblogGreen this morning that Chrysler is marketing this battery-only version of the van to commercial fleet customers who typically have shorter range requirements. The extended-range version will be focused on retail customers.
