Ford Motor Company is expanding its 3-Wet paint ( earlier post ) capacity by 50% this year, adding the more environmentally friendly process to four more plants on three continents. Jiangling Motors Co. The only current location with 3-Wet capability in Europe is Craiova Assembly Plant, Craiova, Romania.

In 2009, motor vehicle taxes in the EU 15 amounted to €377 billion (US$505 billion) or 3.4% By April last year, sixteen Member States had CO 2 -related taxation, up from fourteen in 2008, eleven in 2007 and nine in 2006. The Czech Republic and Romania take the number of Member States up to fifteen. New to the list is Belgium.
