Honda launches new “Green Path” initiatives for manufacturing and operations; new $210M paint line at Marysville with new 4C2B process

In 2006, Honda was the first auto company to voluntarily and publicly announce targets for the reduction of its CO 2 emissions for its products and operations globally. The new Line 1 paint shop will have a capacity of 229,000 units annually. The Marysville plant’s Line 2 operation received a major renovation in 2006.
