But theyve needed definitive proof that PHEVs wont increase pollution. CA, NY, MA and other states have had Zero-Emission Vehicle programs since the early 1990s because battery electric vehicles in those states, taking into account power plants, are far cleaner than gasoline cars in reducing urban air pollution and smog.

My ramblings on the 2022 EV scene I have an electric cycle, which is an eAdicct conversion kit added to a Schnell 26 inch cycle. It was such an ice breaker and conversation starter. Does your OEM make ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) vehicles and launches EV's only as a compliance vehicle or a PR stunt? The car was amazing.
