Now Tesla has the capacity to capture, store and release the power for your home, car and almost certainly the rest of your life too. An electric power storage company setting up in a place called Sparks just cannot happen.

EnerDel purchases their raw materials from suppliers in Japan and Korea but is working on localizing production in the US. EnerDel expects the pack to depreciate more slowly than the rest of the vehicle and to have a secondary life in fork lift trucks or residential power storage once the car has been recycled.
