GM will leapfrog Toyota and Honda by providing an electric car to the masses by the end of next year. It also offers eight hybrid models. Honda has probably sold more Civics in a year than the combined total of all 18 of those GM models. Thats short-sighted. GM is developing more fuel-efficient vehicles. you see that?
