Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. The 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV battery capacity increased from 12.0 Rivian is set to deliver it’s long-awaited all-electric SUV and pickup truck this year. The R1S, Rivian’s SUV, will start at $70,000 with an estimated starting all-electric range of 250 miles. Volvo XC40 Recharge.

On January 28 GM announced that it plans (aspires) to exclusively offer electric vehicles by 2035, ending production of its cars, trucks and SUVs with diesel- and gasoline-powered engines. In GM teaser videos we saw hints of future electric GMC and Chevrolet pickups and what clearly looks like a Camaro.

The 8 kWh battery pack for the new 2011 Buick PHEV crossover vehicle is prepared for testing at the General Motors Tech Center in Warren, Michigan. The yet-to-be-named Buick crossover will launch in late 2010, offering a family of fuel-efficient direct-injected gasoline engines, followed in 2011 by the plug-in hybrid (PHEV) model.

Alfa Romeo Tonale – the Italian brand finally has a rechargeable car in its ranks in the form of the Tonale PHEV compact SUV. BMW iX electric SUV is due in Australia late in 2021. Due November 2021.

Battery is under 10kWh: Currently only five PHEVs would not meet the proposed 10 kWh threshold: Toyota Prius Prime (8.8 kWh) Hyundai IONIQ PHEV (8.9 kWh) Kia Niro PHEV (8.9 But all of these PHEVs have batteries of around 9 kWh and so they could easily be upgraded to 10 kWh to qualify for the tax credit.
