TDI engines for GAZ light commercial vehicles, opening up new business opportunities in international markets. Petersburg and other major cities in Russia as well as some export markets.

The February Oil Market report by the International Energy Agency (IEA) said that OECD total oil stocks had already dropped nearly 800,000 bpd in the fourth quarter of 2016, the largest fall in three years. I mean, a big part of the 4680, Tesla doing internal cells was a hedge against what would happen with our suppliers because for a while they are it was very difficult because every big carmaker put in massive battery orders. If we have an internal cell production, then we have that hedge against demand shocks, we have too much demand.
