Waymo (formerly the Google self-driving car project, earlier post ) and FCA announced that production of 100 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid minivans ( earlier post ) uniquely built to enable fully self-driving operations has been completed. As part of the discussion on technical collaboration, Honda could initially provide Waymo with vehicles modified to accommodate Waymo’s self-driving technology.
