Coulomb Technologies unveiled San Francisco's first ChargePoint America charge stations yesterday in a Priority Parking lot along the Embarcadero. As Richard Lowenthal said to me at the event: "Great deal!" Free Juice Bar explicitly sells charge stations to offer free power. But for whom? Obviously not.
