Electrify America (EA), the largest open DC fast charging network in the US, is increasing access to sustainable electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure for rural Californians with the deployment of eight new solar-powered, off-grid charging stations across Fresno County.

Electrify America, the nation’s largest public ultra-fast charging network, has added 30 solar-powered electric vehicle (EV) charging stations with two Level 2 chargers each to its network in the state of California. Ten solar-powered charging stations were deployed in coordination with the Fresno County Rural Transit Agency.

This is the largest single deployment of solar-powered electric vehicle charging stations in the County and the first to link all the rural cities in one single county.
