The Vauxhall Corsa-e and Vauxhall Mokka-e have just become a lot more affordable because the prices of all models have been reduced by £3,000 in order to qualify for the additional £1,500 discount provided by the Government Plug-in Car Grant. Vauxhall already offers an electric version of every van in its model line-up.

Here at DriveElectric though, we’d like to add a third – ‘a year-on-year increase in New Electric Vehicle registrations’. However, even taking inflation into account, it will still be far cheaper to run an electric vehicle than a traditional petrol or diesel one. This shortage is expected to last until around mid-2022.
