GEM commits to invest up to $100M in Skyworks Aeronautics; commercialization of eVTOL gyroplanes

Skyworks Aeronautics Corp. announced a $100-million investment commitment from GEM Global Yield LLC SCS, a Luxembourg-based private alternative investment group.
