has successfully met and supported the launch of the San Francisco Green Zone requirement, using New Flyer Connect to execute GPS-triggered (geofencing) functionality with the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) and BAE Systems PLC (BAE). Green Zone buses have begun operating on the 28/28R, 43, 19, 2, 47 and 12 lines.

The Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, has renewed calls for scrapping the most polluting diesel cars and giving drivers cash incentives to switch to cleaner vehicles as part of the evidence he gave to the Environmental Audit Committee today. They now feel very hacked off now they’re told they are more polluting.

Or they’re saying you have to buy [up to] two electric buses to replace every diesel bus because of this battery behavior impact. In our Gothenburg and Oslo taxi projects, the chargers are at the taxi stands.
