The Fairlane name was lifted from Henry Ford's estate in Dearborn , Fair Lane, which itself was named after the street in Cork, Ireland, where Henry's grandfather was born in 1804. Clean Fuels Ohio , a state-wide non-profit organization, has launched its Ohio Electric Drive Initiative designed to bring more than $10 million in federal funds to Ohio through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
