This year we’ve seen prestige EV prices slashed , mainly ex-demo models sitting at dealerships gathering dust rather than buyer interest. Cheapest is at a Tasmanian Audi dealer showing just 495km – it may have only been charged once in its short life. On Audi’s website it lists ten close to me in Brisbane.

Late to the party on EV incentives and decent charging infrastructure, only in the past two years have EV sales really made a dent in the Australian market. There’s also a fair number of used EVs under a year old or as dealer ex-demos with heavy discounts over RRP. Many are ex-demos that simply haven’t sold.
