Consumers in seven US Midwest states seeking information about plug-in electric and hybrid vehicles now have access to a new-vehicle purchase guidance tool created by Argonne National Laboratory. States currently covered by the new tool are Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, Wisconsin.

As of June 15, 2022, Ford will no longer offer the opportunity to purchase its three all-electric vehicles, the F-150 Lightning, Mustang Mach-E, and E-Transit Van, for new leases. Ford informed dealers in a letter that it was discontinuing the end-of-lease purchase option for the E-Transit van, Mustang Mach-E, and F-150 Lightning.

As of the beginning of August, 22 states had joined the RFP, indicating their intention to purchase CNG vehicles for use in state fleets. The meeting, which is open to the public, is intended to provide a general overview of the RFP and an open-forum opportunity for dealers and automakers to ask questions of the states’ representatives.
