At CES in Las Vegas, the Honda Saloon and Space-Hub concepts provided a head-turning first look at the automaker’s 0 Series (Zero Series) EVs set to launch starting in 2026. Vietnam’s Vinfast revealed an electric pickup concept, a $20,000 mini electric SUV, and a retro-styled e-bike, all at this week’s CES.

Ram Trucks, the US truck arm of global automaker Stellantis , took the wraps off what it called the Ram 1500 Revolution BEV Concept truck on Thursday at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. It’s reportedly close in exterior design to the production model we’ll see within months. Paradigm breaker’ plug-in hybrid to come.

Michelin Uptis airless tire on French postal van Tests in delivery fleets, talks with Tesla But more tests continue on this tech, which the company describes as being at the prototype stage. In 2023, Michelin announced Uptis real-world trials with both DHL Express in Singapore, and with La Poste, the French postal service.

Kia has revealed much more about its Platform Beyond Vehicle (PBV) strategy for providing modular vehicles for last-mile delivery and other uses, potentially around the globe. It kicks off with the Kia PV5, a versatile, van-like vehicle positioned for ride-hailing and last-mile delivery. Software is a big piece of the PBV rollout, too.
