Drive Electro to supply components for another 200 electric buses in Moscow

As of June 2021, Moscow’s fleet of electric buses has reached 600 vehicles and will expand to 1,000 by the end of the year—more than in any other European city. The company uses lithium titanate batteries for the electric buses, giving them a range of 350-400 km and requiring just 6-20 minutes to recharge.

Leclanché to supply battery storage system for two hybrid-powered ferries

Swiss shipbuilding company Shiptec AG, based in Lucerne, and Siemens Energy SRL, Milan, have selected Leclanché to supply energy storage systems for two new hybrid-powered vessels that will operate on Lake Geneva. The project has received the DNV-GL Type Approval Certificate and the DNV-GL Product Certificate.

Electrovaya launches next generation of MN series of Li-ion SuperPolymer cells; claims energy densities exceeding 200 Wh/g
