To achieve that goal, Petrobras anticipates building a new plant in Northern Brazil; the Candeias (state of Bahia) plant will be duplicated; and the experimental plants in Guamaré, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, will be adapted for commercial production. Military personnel from Colombia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Peru, Republic of Philippines, Thailand, Tonga and the United Kingdom will also participate.
