Schneider, a premier multimodal provider of transportation, intermodal and logistics services, will soon begin taking delivery of 92 Class 8 battery-electric Freightliner e-Cascadia trucks ( earlier post ) at its intermodal operations in Southern California. Battery electric trucks will help further meet these goals.

Sure, an electric car would be nice, but that would have been last Sunday, when the nearly 80 electric vehicles in a “CO2 Race&# combed the streets of Copenhagen. The Toronto Mayor jumped from an all electric Mitsubishi to a plug in hybrid Fitzker positively on fire for them both. They were long gone.

Kulongoski, Oregon as the electric-car manufacturer may be eyeing the “green” city of Portland. It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives.
