Microsoft researchers presented a study on the framework and its application at the Association of Computing Machinery 's Conference on Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining in August. DeepMC uses machine learning and artificial intelligence to localize predications related to weather and climate. Of course, weather affects everyone.

Minus two when people realize that if theyre going to get stuck in traffic, they might as well do so in the climate controlled comfort of a car. This is a definite Lemming device. If our country is going to spend money like a drunk sailor we should have spent it on building renewable energy power plants like Wind and Geothermal. Denmark did that with Wind Power and now most of their energy comes from wind rather than oil, natural gas, or coal. We are facing a big problem with global warming.
